So many events & activities happen throughout the school year. All need people to plan, coordinator and staff them. Some activities require small but long term and consistent time commitments. Some are one-day special events or single shift opportunities. Your children want and need you to be a part of their school life. There are three primary volunteering types:
School Day Volunteering: Our teachers need help throughout the year so we encourage parents, grandparents or other relatives to sign up to volunteer within the classroom.
Event Volunteering: For a specific period of time on PTO project or event like First Day of School, Fall Fundraiser, Landscape, Outdoor Decorations, Family Fun events, Book Fair, Book Swap, Drama Club, Celebration of Giving, Giving Tree, Spring Carnival or 5th grade Graduation.
PTO Volunteering: By taking a role within our PTO you can help with some of the back office functions such as taking photos, yearbook help, online directory help, website management, or even a leadership role.
To suggest a program or service that you think would benefit our students and school at large, contact any of our PTO Officers. To serve on the Board (elected every spring to serve the following school year), download the Nomination Form and return it to the school office.
