Health Screenings: October 14
We are planning on having our annual health screenings for Spring Ridge on the morning of Friday, October 14th. The VNA nurses would love to have as many parent volunteers as we can get to make things run as efficiently as possible. Please arrive at the school at 8:15 am for a 15-minute training session. Volunteers are asked to sign in at the office and meet outside the office doors and should plan to be at the school for about 3 hours. Ideally, we would like to have at least 30 parents to help. PTO Meeting: October 10
WHEN: Monday, October 10, 2022 PTO Meeting will begin at 7:00 PM PTO meetings are open to all parents/guardians. Meetings are held on the 1st Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Spring Ridge library. Look for an email noting how this first meeting will be held. If you would like to submit an item for inclusion on the agenda please contact the Spring Ridge PTO or any board member. Meeting minutes will be posted within two weeks of the meeting. Be sure to join us on October 10!

Celebrate Spring Ridge: FUN RUN – October 7!
Help support the 2nd annual Spring Ridge Fun Run! Our theme for this year is Color the World with Kindness – our Spring Ridge Elementary students are spreading kindness like confetti! WHAT: Kick off the school year with a one-mile fun run around our Spring Ridge campus. It’s a fun event for our students and a great way to show your support for Spring Ridge! ***EVENT & OBSTACLE STATIONS***T-SHIRTS***MUSIC***TREATS*** WHEN: Friday, October 7, during the school day WHO: Our Spring Ridge Kindness Warrior will get to conquer the race & obstacle course. WHY: Show your Spring Ridge Spirit & help the PRO raise funds to support our school, including: Soft seating in the library to provide students a comfortable spot to dive into a good book! Staff appreciation, to show our support for our fantastic teachers and staff School improvements & amenities Every student will receive a fun run t-shirt! Throughout the school year, the Spring Ridge PTO coordinates many activities for our students and families to grow tomorrow’s leaders by supporting our core mission: Maximizing learning for all students socially, emotionally, and academically. We are asking you to join in the critical role of supporting the educational success of our students. Our goal for this fundraiser is $20,000. Show your support with a donation!
