August 13 – Open House (A-M from 5:30-6:00pm; N-Z from 6:00-6:30pm)

August 16 – Kindergarten popsicles on the playground 2-4pm – Sponsored by the PTO

August 18 – FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL – 9:00am start for Kindergarten students only

August 20 – First day of walking club begins at 7:55am

August 24 – PTO Meeting @ 6:30pm in the Media Center

August 28 – Family Fun Fest – Sponsored by the PTO 5:30-7:30pm

Spring Ridge Fun Run Fundraiser

EVENT DAY: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2026

Our annual Fun Run is our biggest fundraiser of the year! This year’s theme is “Eagles Rise With Respect,” and our goal is to raise $30,000. These funds are to support the PTO as a whole – initiatives that support student learning, staff appreciation, and all 2026-2027 school events. In addition, we also hope to fund improvements to the green space north of the 3rd – 5th grade playground.

The campaign kicks off at Family Fun Fest on Friday, August 28 and will end on the day of the Fun Run, Friday, September 11.

NEW THIS YEAR!

SPRING RIDGE REWARD STORE

Instead of receiving specific prizes for different monetary donation levels, Spring Ridge has moved prizes to an online reward store! Every sign-up, share and donation helps students earn points they can use in the Reward Store on mybooster.com for prizes THEY CHOOSE THEMSELVES! Siblings can even pool points for larger prizes.

SCHOOL-WIDE NIGHTLY CHALLENGES

Throughout the fundraiser, there will be nightly challenges that classrooms will have fun trying to earn. For example, an Eagle ticket for each student for the previous night’s top donating class. Look out for emails from the PTO!

FUN RUN DETAILS AND SCHEDULE

As a culmination and celebration of our fundraising efforts, kids will run a special obstacle course on Friday, September 11, during the school day. The kids love it every year! We invite parents to come and cheer on their students during their scheduled time.

Closer to event day, we will post a Fun Run schedule and volunteer opportunities.

FUN RUN T-SHIRTS

Every student gets a free t-shirt to wear for the Fun Run. Didn’t specify a size for your kiddo? That’s ok. We’ll have extras to ensure everyone will get one.

T-shirts with this year’s “Eagles Rise With Respect” design will be handed out in the classrooms on race day, September 11.
